State Police troopers from the Poughkeepsie barracks are seeking the assistance of the public in an ongoing investigation involving counterfeit U.S. currency bills in the area.

The woman pictured above is not considered a suspect of any crime, but investigators wish to speak to her for informational purposes, according to state police. This woman was seen at the Tops Friendly Market on Jon J. Wagner Way in the town of LaGrange late last month, police said.
